I am writing this letter to recommend Tyrikah Williams. Tyrikah helped me sell my condo and I was so happy with her that the following year I had asked her to help me purchase a house. Selling my condo was my first experience with selling property. This was a very stressful process because there is so much information needed for all the required disclosures. Some things were self explanatory but not everything was. Whenever I had a question and needed clarification Tyrikah was immediately available and knowledgeable to answer. When I realized I needed a professional to help fix a few things before the condo went on the market Tyrikah referred me to a wonderful company. They came in and replaced my baseboards the same day. She was a life safer for recommending them. She took wonderful photos of my condo and even made a nice video for the listing. During the sale of my condo I experienced some personal issues and Tyrikah was there for me. She would text me to check on me and make sure that I was doing okay. She is a wonderful person. The following year I decided I was tired of renting and I wanted to purchase a home. I had a little experience since I had purchased my condo 12 years prior but that was a HUD foreclosure auction so the process was very different. I had found some houses to look at and Tyrikah had also found some. Whenever I did send her a home I was interested in she would do some further research on it and let me know if it needed too much work. There are a lot of houses on the market that need extensive work. It was very helpful because even though I thought I was okay with buying a house that needed some work, Tyrikah made sure I didn’t bite off more than I could chew. Tyrikah helped me write a competitive offer and I was fortunate to have it accepted. Tyrikah really looked out for my best interests as I was fine with waiving the inspection and she voiced her concerns about that decision. The closing attorney that she recommended, Ron, who I used for both transactions is wonderful. You can tell that Tyrikah really cares about her clients because she only works with the best people out there. I would highly recommend Tyrikah to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a home.
